First of all to ALL a big thank you for your prayers ...positive thoughts and good wishes ...Friday the 26th was the operation...it happened at 8:00 a.m. UBC... I want to thank Bill and Maggie for opening their home ...I want to thank Uncle bob and Auntie Rose ...your words of positive thoughts the belief in the hospital I was going to and for having us all over for lunch the day before the surgery....

I have today to get ready to go to Vancouver....I will be going to UBC on Friday for surgery if all goes well with test to tomorrow at Vancouver General Hospital....I am having my knee replaced ...I have waited a long time for this to be done and I am looking forward to being able to walk again without all the pain. So I will try and keep you posted on what is happening....from my Iphone (need Lessons) but I will try. I thank you for all the support and love .

Please keep me in your good thoughts and prayers...

P.S going to see if I can get pictures of the old knee ....HAHA :) :) :)

While the kids were here Bare and I did a ride on the bike...

Now many of you don't know the twins Bare and Bill did a small bike ride together

both boys wanted to go up the old canyon road ..then over to Pemberton....

the tunnel at Yale is behind them...

Now Bill was taking pictures and he took one of Bare's bike ...

but Bill did you see your reflection in the Boulevard...cool looking

 On Sunday we  meet Patty and Glen and the girls for lunch at East Side Mario's

above is Hannah and Jordana

 Here Matty and Abi ...yes Abi is our movie star ...the kids had lots of fun ..

Now the next day the guys went fishing....Bare...Shawn and Glen...

 and as you can see Bare caught a nice one ...in fact his only one for the whole day...the other boys caught about 4 each and let lots go...but it was a fun day ...oh ya Uncle Dave ...Shawn just could not kiss the fish....

 this fish was a nice size ...even  with the head and gills gone this fish was still 20 inches long and fat ..

Bare kept it like that so he could cut the fish in to steaks ....

 us girls got things ready for a barb-q after guys got home ...Mindi showed me a neat trick

 never knew this ....egg slicer and celery...and how to make it look neat...

 like it was flowering ...put the celery into ice cold water for a bit and this is what happens...

 and Jordana put it all together ...awesome job girl...

there were burgers and smokies and hot dogs...

It was an awesome time ...now you know why us girls were late with our Mojo Cards....

Yes our son and daughter-in-law are visiting ...we were thinking they would arrive Friday am ...but they surprised me by getting here on Thursday ...is was awesome it has been awhile they live up in northern Alberta....

 Well here it's Wednesday ...middle of the week and I am now adding my Mojo Monday card...well I beat last weeks dated....

 Now the paper is from K&Company--Hojas Simple...the butterfly Recollection same has the little flower ...the ribbon and bow ...Jolee...hope you like....so I tried another card layout today.

 Thought it might look ok ...what do you think???

 I left the botttom of the card empty so some one could write their own messages or sign their names ..or even add their own Happy Birthday...or what ever....

Now I was luck enough on Monday to get the girls for a sleepover ...and Hannah who had a Diego train set ...want so to give it to Ethan...so over to Aunties we go..
