This is a busy weekend here at the KXA it is the Winter Fair..you should see the place wall to wall trailers...fifth wheels ..tent trailers you name it is here ....this is put on by the 4H so come buy a cow or a lamb or see how hard these kids work with their animals.

Yes a box of fresh garden vegetables ..sorry I did not get a picture of all the tomatoes and cucumber..thanks so much guys

Thought those were interesting pieces of wood ....this face one here I think would be neat painted up ..might have to give that a try next ...

Well now most of you will remember I could not go fishing ..with my Hubby and brother-in-law David and my sister-in-law Neti ..so they sent me some pictures over ..looks so beautiful ..next year Trout Lake for sure. Can't wait for this next meet in October...watch out pike her comes Neti the pike slayer...(she caught a 19lb pike) she is going to show me how it is done. She has some other pictures ...but she has been busy ..so I will probably add more later. Hope you are having a great visit with the kids.

Thanks Neti ...yes I needed some one to help me and there she was my sister-in-law Neti ..she talk me through what I need to do to make satin trim for the blankets I was doing...Thanks so much ...and yes I had to get my mom to thread the machine ...it was her sewing machine I was using ...hehe thanks ladies for being there for me....

Neti and Dave thanks so much for looking for the hands for me ...here is the size of them ...below this picture I took some pics of the dolls mom is making ...they are so cute..keeps mom out of trouble ..hehehe

Well I know a lot of people out there might not think going into High School a big thing ...but this little sweetheart ..is a big part of my life. I was the one who take her to kindergarten and then watched her move through the grades to where she graduated from grade 7 to grade 8 ...she our first grand daughter .. so to me this is a biggy...

I love her dearly ..and pray the best for her has she enters into the world ... a world where so much is opened up to these kids and these girls ... the drugs.. the sex.. the dressing to show how grown up they are ....so Melissa I pray ...that you have the eyes to see ...the heart to know you are special ..beautiful and can be the most you can be with out losing yourself ...I LOVE YOU

Well the long weekend coming to the end ...school tomorrow ...it is my granddaughter first year in high school ..ughhhhhhh. I know I will be missing an awesome time with my brother-in-law David and my sweet sister in law Neti ( but I am still sending Bare)(feed him good Neti heheheh)...hope you will forgive me ...but I have to be there for her and there's and all the stuff that comes with courses and is this the school she really wants to go to ....is grama ok with it all.(tears forming ..she is growing so fast)

I don't know how many of you read The Daily Bread ...but today's word was total for me ....Unanswered Prayers.... what I have been praying for and me wondering why it is like this ...and now seeing what my sis Barb has been trying to teach me ...it is in the Lord's hands ...He does what is the best for us ...it is us that screw up with how we see things ...The Lord knows my prayers and He will answer when the time is right ...pure and true. Till then please know I love you all and in time and prayers and forgiveness I will be where the Lord needs me to be . Not my will but Yours (Luke 22:42)

Well we got a chance to get a day in at Duffy Lake ..it was beautiful....

Now for a funny story ...Abi has lost 2 teeth on the bottom ...and she just loves the tooth fairy .....she is so cute...well this weekend I was watching them..and she showed me her lost teeth . We talked about the tooth fairy and what she thought maybe the tooth fairy might do with the teeth ...well I told her the tooth fairy had give Ethan her teeth ...cause has you can see Ethan has his 2 bottom teeth ...she was so proud that her cousin had gotten her teeth .

Now while the girls were at our home ..they had a wedding to go to ...
Auntie Candy and Uncle DJ came to visit and help me out ...

While the girls were here we had the Barrel Champions here at the KXA..there must have been over 50 to 65 trailers from fifth wheel campers to horse trailers here ..so the girls and I walked around to see the fun ....
