so here is my snowman card
wanted to show how
the snowman and their mittens
are raised from the card
the snowman and mittens
words are from Stampin Up
Flaky Friends
I colored with watercolors
and Tombows
I flocked the bottom of the card
I sprayed with some Radiant Rain Shimmering Mist
but my picture does not show the shimmer of sparkle
