my hubby was drilling out some wood and these little chips of curls were so neat i thought ok save some

Challenge #113 – Isaiah 1:18

Scripture:  Isaiah 1:18 "'Come now, and let us reason together,’ says the Lord. ‘Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.’”

Challenge:  Use fall colors in your creation: crimson, orange and gold (or similar)

and things that I need to get done ...but my knee won't allow right now

Challenge: My challenge is for you to make a card that shows TIME.

Examples: clock (minutes/hours), sun or stars (days), calendar (years), seasons...etc.

the paper used was from KD paper pad....

MOJO MONDAY

 Ok here we go ...the Mojo Monday sketch on a  Tuesday ...but it is done...

 sorry it took a bit to get it up online ...but when I went to put up my card I realized I had not put on three brads ...so back to the drawing board....and here I am again....

Now the next card is just me...playing

 if you notice the dragonflies and saying are something my daughter Sam did for me ...

she colored them for me and I do love the saying and she has that stamp ...

 so I created the card and I do hope you like Sam....

Now yesterday was a busy day for me ...

my first adventure driving myself  out to see my granddaughters skate...

they live out Salmon Arm way so I had to stop and get some pictures...

.

 now when I got to skating ...Abi was gone with her friend who skates in her class ...

so me and Hannah hang for a while

 she is my big helper ...

already for skating gramas

The Friday Mashup

So here is the "Mashup" Challenge :

1. Make a project featuring "A Belly Band".
2. Or Make a project using "Twine".
3. Or "Mash it Up" and create a project "Using Twine with a "Belly Band".*

*Belly Band: A strip of card stock (or you can use ribbon) wrapped around the middle of a card like a belt. It is made slightly loose around the card so it can be slid off to read the text beneath or inside.

(not sure why the two different ways it saved it but seems I can't changed it )sorry....

So here is my try at the Friday Mashup...

My band is made of the words Merry Christmas on the ribbon...

Paper is Jovial--Christmas tree it was nice cause I could use both sides..

the ribbon and tag and flower are all dollar store goods...

Now this next card ..to be honest I had seen one done on the Friday Mashup and I had to try it...

this goes to no challenge other then my challenge to see if I could do it...

I love how they twisted the easel card ...so what do you think...

I had hope to get out camping one more time ...

Happy Birthday Samantha

Yes today is Sam's b-day...and I wanted to do a card for her from Ethan so I went through some of the pictures I have of him and made a card up for her for him to give to her....from a baby to today...he has so many cute faces...below is what I put inside the card...

his hand prints...to mom holding when he was small..

they will be taking me to the hospital this morning ...at that time

I will let Ethan have some time to add some of his touches to it ....

Abi and Hannah made cards on the weekend while they were here

and give them to her already and me I forgot to get a picture of them ..I will ask Sam if I can get one ...

Now this beautiful flower arrangement arrived yesterday ...

it was from my son and daughter-in-law and the girls....

Ok Neti I am getting closer to figuring out on how to roll the buns...what do you think.

My SIL Neti has been trying to teach me on how to roll the dough and get a awesome bun...

I keep on trying.....oh yes just to let you know my Bare did the dough up for me ...we have not

bought store bread or buns for a whole month ...it smells so awesome fresh bread and buns baking...
