WOW....I finally did a challenge this week ...and it was cause I thought my SIL Nina card was so cute ...so I just had to give it a try...

Tuesday Morning Sketch #295

so here is my card

I used Bo Bunny paper Prairie Chic

the stamp was Stampendous Precious Moments Cheerful

I try my hand at watercolors again

and the little sign done on my Cameo.

 

Now my SIL Barb ..is always saying recycle ...reuse so ...

the picture above was an old wind chime that has lose its chimes...so I thought just throw it away

but then I hear Barb in my head saying Judy reuse it ...so here is what I did

these two pictures show some of the cute things that were on the chime

butterflies and flowers and other things.

so below

 All the parts and piece I could save and will use maybe the flowers and butterflies and little things on cards...the long piece of beads I thought I could add to another chime or even make pulls for lamps ...do you have any ideas???

Would love to hear those ideas.

This card below was a special card to make ..

we have a wedding coming up this weekend ...two very special people in our life

and yes we have a birthday on April 1st

and we send our love and prayers

and anniversary on the 3rd of April

 ...I choose to try and do the masculine challenge

so here is my card

yes those are guys tools ..(well girls good use them too)

but I needed a card that sort of had plumber tools

drill, wrench wire cutters and knife...

I used the pipe wrench for my ribbon

My SIL Barb had done this challenge and I thought it was so neat I would give it a try.

so here is my card

the words and cutouts were done on my Cameo

papers used card stock white

Patina color for the bottom of the card by Brazzill

I raised the smile letters and swapped the colors around

well here I go

Two yes Two challenges in one card

first one  Mojo Monday

3.5 x 11" cut of cardstock, score long side at 5.5"

so here is my card



the stars are really sparkly (need to learn how to take better pictures :))

the papers used are scraps the stars cut with my Cameo on sparkle paper

Well here is Saturday a quiet day so I looked around for a challenge to do

and came up with this one ....

Less is More

so here is my take  on the challenge

I used my stencil from heili swap for the heart background

using colorbox red to color hearts.

the flower is  Memory Box die Verona Bouquet I count two one white so I could color the leaves and stems green ...the a red layer to color in the flowers ...then add buttons (my daughter suggested ...thanks Sam) to add to them. I made the flowers pop from the paper and the greenery flat to the paper. And yes there is a sentiment small but just below the butterfly.

so here is my take on both of the challenges

the stamp used for the house was Winter Lingers by Stamps Happen

I used only the house part of the stamp.

then tried to paint with my watercolor paints.

this picture here I was trying to show how I made the snow shine to give the card and white some depth if that is what you want to call it .

Paper used was Bo Bunny

the sentiment I believe just a dollars special .
