Here is a project I worked on for the xmas season....

these were five silver sparkle branches I had bought from Rona ...thought I can make something with them ....

so here is how I group them then I put the lights through out  the branches

the finished product...wish I had taken a better picture but you get the idea.....

Now we have a new grandson this year ...Madden is his name ...he is 2 ...

so I created a advent calender for him  ...

Now has many know Dec is a heavy month for Birthday ...anniversary's 

Starting with my Bare ...and his twin Bill and then we have our grand daughter Matty then Madden and then

Candy and DJ's anniversary all of these are on the 6th of December.... 

then Dec 9 ...our grand daughter turned sweet Sixteen ...and the next day got her "L"

yes she is driving ....got the good old Learners L
and these were cards I had made for the occasions....

now this was my try at growing a flower in water and a vase ...

 

and yes it bloomed ...
Well caught up now ...time to start thinking about making cards...

So here is my card ...

the paper used is from Memorybox ...Yuletide

the stamp is Nellie Snellen...the wording misc stamp...I used my Spellbinder Oval

now you will note the red behind the spellbinder cut is my own I don't have the next size up

so I cut the shape out so the red was the background.

Then I embossed Stampendous - Shaggy White

and emboss red I colored Nellie ...hope you like...

tried to show the sparkles

this next card was just playing ...

I used Memory Box Frostyville to do the Border...paper used Winter Fun by

Carta Bella ...the snowman was a cut out ...

again the sparkles did not show that great ....darn .

Well I see there is a new posted for Mojo Monday

and i loved the layout Nina did for the

Merry Monday #42 Challenge ...might give it a try .

Yes we did get snow last night ...about 3 inches ...most of it is melting away ...

made me think of decorating ...and creating ...

This little ghost below Ethan made at daycare love his big eyes





so last night his mom and I asked him to show us how to make a ghost ....

so here is what he told us to do...

mix white glue with water....

have a shape to lay the cheese cloths over to form the ghost ...

(i know I forgot to take a picture of the cheese cloth with all the water glue over it )

Finally I am getting a chance to put up my attempt at the Scrapbooker's Paradise challenge PPC#89

 Our challenge for this week is to create a card, scrapbook page or altered item using the color combo or the photo

I know it is hard to tell that I tried to get close to the colors combo ...

I used the paper from the 6x6 Carta Bella --Winter Fun ...

to create the snowflake I used Bianca Snowflake from Memory Box ...

which I purchased at pour new Scrapbooking store in town

This plant was given to me by my SIL ...it came from our old house ...

she blessed me with a piece of it ...

and here it is after having the summer to help it grow ...

This card here was just me playing ...it has been so long since I did any cards...

just love how the spiders ...turned out

Now the supplies used to create the cards the first card for iSpy

I used a stamp set from Stampin Up ..I had got from my SIL Nina

the paper used was from a prize I had won at Haunted Hallows 6X6 pad...

my second card ...was Eerie Lane paper by S.E.I. the words and bats ...were from Jolee and the spiders on the corners are from Martha Stewart....

 Wow it has been a while ...sorry no cards made ...soon..

but first where I have been for just about a month ....

 I have been doing what I love to do camp ...fish ....and just be...

Just to show you from the two different pictures I have see

the colors change ...and it has been awesome...

these birds have made it so awesome each day to watch them ....some where in all

of my pictures of them..... I do have one of them diving it and getting a fish ...

my next entry I will try and put it up ...

they are so beautiful he sat there for a while before catching his fish for the day...

 now this fisherman below ...he has so many patience's....

Bare was trying to teach me how to casted with a fly and bobber...

and letting it sit and watching and seeing the fish hit the hook and pulling the line

and catching the fish ....the picture below is what he caught ...

yes a brookie and a fat brookie..

these below we caught another day of trolling with flies...

 the bottom two fish are my ...yes ...I caught fish ...

 these are just extras to show you some of the beauty there is

and some of the neat little

critters that visit for free food ....

well I am off back to camp ....
