I used Taylor Expression Piece of Heart 

then just ribbons and gold string I had

as you can see my ribbon is not straight ugh

now the flowers and leaves I cut out with my Cameo

I embossed it with the brick folder

so this my take on the layout ..yes I know I forgot the bow ..

the paper used was a piece leftover I have no idea whos it is 

the sentiment is from ADORNit ..you have to do the coloring ...

so I tried my Chameleon...colors 

Would love to learn more about these ...coloring is awesome with them.

and 3 lttle purple buttons you get at the dollar store.

Wow been awhile

Hello to All

Wow it has been awhile I almost forgot on how to post to my blog....

It has been a hard few months ...I had lost my about 18 months ago to Cancer then

on August 28, 2017  I lost my Aunt (my sister) to Cancer, then

my sister September 25, 2017. so it has been a hard year ...hate that word CANCER.

I have been trying to get creative ...so this weekend I sat down ...and this is what I have made.

Being the first week of the month it's our Colour challenge 

We'd like you to use an OMBRE technique with your chosen colour

"Ombre means shading or shadow.

The is applied primarily to describe the gradual blending of one colour hue

 to another; usually moving tints and shades from light to dark"

so here is my take on the challenge ..

I also combine it with this challenge

I then water colored  it I used the thread for the fishing line and between the

my grandson Gavin and I collected a few leaves and here is what I did with them

it was fun and the leaves colors were awesome  ..

another card I have been working on was the this easel card

so I have been trying to do cards when time allows me that precious time .

Time to em-bark on a new cue word journey!  Whether an animal or nature lover, this one should be fun to brainstorm for!

As always, remember the following CAS guidelines when creating your design:

1. One main image
2. Lots of open space, uncluttered
3. Limited layers & embellishments
4. Quick & easy to recreate (Note: It may take a while to create a design you like, but once you have that design, making more should be a piece of cake!)

I learned doing this challenge I don't have many things with dogs

so this seemed ok it had puppies ...
