Wow you can not believe the hard work that went into doing these windows ...the bay window was so out of wack ...my dad was just besides himself ...but his patience's and wise words ...sure help created a beautiful look in our living room ....thanks so much dad....oh ya

WHAT day did you say we would start the sundeck ...

This is the finished product ...the windows are awesome ...I love them ...

now through this all my dad was showing Bare how to do the windows now this is our kitchen window and Bare you did an awesome job ...this girl was worried but look not only did he do an awesome job he also cleaned up afterwards for me ...love ya Bare... Now I know this is not a great picture ..but we had a hummingbird came and try some of the flowers I have outside ...so I went and hang to feeders and got a plant they like ...and yes ...a couple of them came to eat ....I was afraid to open our door to outside ..it still makes noise so I tried through our new windows ...I am so excited ....I know the season for them is coming to the end ...but it felt like a blessing have them come and eat at our place

Ethan...is getting to be a big boy ...he may not say much ...but he loves to smile and laugh and dance around ...loves his music.

Now I want to show some of my great helpers ..this is our grandson Drew ...awesome little golfer..and cabinet maker...thanks Drew.

Yes that is Melissa (our granddaughter)...she did an awesome job ..painting the roof and walls of the front room ..she also did her bedroom...thanks girl

Now this is Candy and DJ our daughter and son in law...boy with the help of those two ..Barry and I would still be trying to get water out of the water lines ...yes DJ is the plumber ..thanks guys

Now this is Ethan ...he is the supervisor ..in the kitchen on two of the walls we painted up so far..with one color then the other color to the roof ...then we trimmed to divide the two colors ...good job Ethan telling Papa what to do ...
see what I mean ...just gave the room a different look ...

and those pics are the other two walls...this is about how much we will do to the kitchen ..it needs a new floor ...but we just put all new windows in ...so the floor will have to wait ...

On these next few pictures are the back yard ...yes what a mess ...when this heat goes away Barry and I hope to get this looking better ....I will keep you posted ...now there is a lilac tree by that shed ...I have now pruned it ...keep our fingers crossed I did it right.

Now these next two pics are flowers that were growing off to the side of where I took the picture ...they looked so out of place ..but so beautiful ...yes I picked them and will try to dry them .......well that has been our week ...now some of the crew that helped us I have not posted ..but everyone was a big help ..and in time I will get their pictures up with a big thanks.

Just want to show you a couple of things from the front room ...this picture below is a wall of all my sister in laws paintings ...the very top picture the one in the black frame is a photo that Miles did up ...it is of where they live ...it is beautiful done. Yes I know it has been awhile...boy a long while.

Well the story goes like this ...many of you know or maybe don't know 3 Years ago we bought a fifth wheel and started living in it full time ...sold everything and just spent our time where we wanted....now at the time our grand-daughter who lives with us loved it ..then came that age 13 that..hey guys I need a bigger room ...more privates. So some money we had sent aside was used to buy a mobile home...one where we won't have a mortgage. So we had been looking and then found one we could get and fix up ...Yes reno's in the middle of summer ...ugh. Yes it seems we picked the hottest part of summer to do reno's. But we are now living in our new home...still lots of stuff to do but ...has time goes on we will get it done. Just to show you some of the major jobs we had to do ....the bathroom...ugh ....and I do me ugh when we start we thought small things wrong in this room till my husband looked closer...the whole bathroom needed to be gutted...and start a fresh....

What we saw when we bought ...then the picture below shows the water damage the rotten flooring ....so he started ...our son in law who is a plumber...help with new water lines ...new piping just a complete new look ...Barry replaced the floor .....and did the water lines new to the kitchen to ....

Here is the new look for the bathroom ...everyone loves it ...and so do we. DJ thank you so much for the time and the beautiful end product ....and Barry you did an awesome job.

This is the color of the water after the third time of washing the walls using TSP I am so thankful that our daughters came out and gave us a hand ...THANK YOU so MUCH.

Now while we were doing renos and things ...family came to visit ...and yes ...Barry got his brother to help with the renos...Bill is here in the room being done for Melissa ...new flooring .

Now Samantha and Corey had us all over for dinner ...THANK YOU SO you two. So Bill and Maggie got to hang with Ethan ...

They came on their motorcycle ...this I believe was Maggie's first long trip on it. She loved ...they look so cute. It was great to see you both... was a great time ...we even did some yard saling.

So you see I have not been just lying around in the sun or swimming ... we have been busy . I have missed not being around ...but for a while we were up at 5 a.m. and worked till dark ...and to tire to even turn on the computer . But I missed you all and love you all ...and thanks for the emails asking where I was ...hope to be more faithfully

Where we have our fifth wheel ...there are some very interesting race horses ...I have taken the grandkids over on day they visit ...Ethan was a bit scared ...he likes his pony he has at home ..but Abi made friends with this 4 year old race horse...he just keep trying to get her to give a rub to his nose..she loved it...

Now it is not often Missy and Ethan hang out...you know teens...but on this day Ethan just would not leave her alone ...he loves it when she pays attention to him....

Candy made the birthday cake icing for my cake ...it is pistacho icing made with Jello ...Ethan loved it

First of all I want to say sorry ....sorry I have not been blogging much ...time and life seem to get so busy and time flies by...I am going to try and do at least one page a week ...this is a flower one of many I have growing in a pot .
